Lapaz, Indiana Ghost Tales


Lapaz, Indiana is just a regular town by day, but this city is controlled by the undead once the sun is down. Furniture move around, cries coming from the dark. Some people who live here declare there are no ghosts, but seeing is believing and if you stay overnight here in Lapaz, you may perhaps witness a ghost.

A young girl dressed in a blood-splattered prom dress has occasionally been seen gazing at midnight on a lawn in Lapaz. Folks who have noticed this spirit say this spirit is the stressed soul of a long
 
    dead Lapaz resident.

A lady with a blue face is sometimes witnessed mid stream in Pine Creek struggling to seize something. In any event, this is an unsympathetic ghost that is preferably not disrupted.

A
  gentleman with a sword in his head has supposedly been distinguished on a few occasions walking through a home in Lapaz.

A gentleman's body having the head of a sheep can occasionally be made out fishing from the water's edge of Lake of the Wood at midnight.

A womanly shape was distinguished in Potato Creek State Park in the early morning hours hauling a cadaver over rocks. There have been further stories regarding this ghost in the neighborhood. People claim that this ghost is the ghost of a visitor that was killed while driving through Lapaz in the past. No matter what, it's a scary ghost that you wouldn't wish to encounter before sunrise.
