We looked outside and nothing was there. My nephews lived across the Hall so I thought they must have been awake and being really loud. I went and knocked on the door and told my brother his kids were being pretty loud. Much to my Surprise he led me to their     room where both kids were sound asleep. I'm pretty sceptical of paranormal activity but it sounded way to close to our window to be kids at the other end of the building. But yet my kids and my Brothers kids were the Only kids on our side of the building and were sound asleep. It was def a weird experience.
