Monrovia, Indiana Ghost Tales

I was in Echo Lake, me and my friend just got done fishing it was about 8:25 p.m. We were packing up and I heard a huge splash when I turned to look I seen this horned creature appeared out of the water, I dropped my pole and grabbed my friend and we ran to her house and locked the door. The creature followed us and aggresivly knocked on the door 6 times. We were locked in the closet. We waited for about 2 hours. My friend just kept saying the devil over and over again. She's gone through therapy and today refuses to talk about it. We haven't spoke to each other in 2 years.

Day in Monrovia, Indiana is exactly the same as daylight anywhere else in the US of A, but the ghost stories disclosed by the locals are sufficient to make anybody think twice about stopping over in this place. Many ghost accounts have been conveyed by the locals. Not everyone has faith in the tales the locals tell, but not all of the residents of Monrovia are still alive.

These are some of the spooky things that

    have happened here recently.

The ghost of an old man with a long white beard has supposedly been witnessed on numerous instances in Camp Berean before dawn concealing a corpse by a sizeable boulder. In any case, it's a menacing ghost that you don't want to encounter late at night.

A woman with a spear sticking out of her head may every so often be perceived gulping paint on the water's edge of Merrywood Lake.
