Then I heard strange noices from the housse and later 4 miniuts later the House just burned instantly I ran as fast I can. The story was that an old lady died of a heart attack and when you smell her perfume she next to you. That story was told to us by her ex husband..right when we were moving in...We didn't really believe it until a week later my brother experienced smelling White Diamonds perfume in his room. Another creepy incident was that my brothers friend knew nothing of the old lady story and once when he was going into the basement the lights flickered and and old lady was standing before him...for a split second.
