Loads of ghost accounts have been exposed by the people who live here. A number of people who live here argue these tales are not true, but if you are bold enough to stay for a few days in Oaktown, you may very well witness a ghost for yourself. These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently. The spirit of a doctor with a bloody uniform was observed by Cotton Branch shouting at the viewer to go away. The ghost unmoved that there was somebody other present. Many residents say this ghost may very well be a distinguished past inhabitant of Oaktown. The ghost of a gentleman clutching a blood-covered spear has frequently been perceived resting in an armchair in a mobile home close to Oaktown. People here       who have noticed this spirit argue this spirit is probably the undeceased spirit of a person who used to have a home here in Oaktown. An army outfit strolling around devoid of a body in it has been said to have been perceived on one or two instances taking pleasure in the landscape at Cleveland Pond Dam after midnight. The ghost of a   civil war fighter can be distinguished over and over again fishing from the water's edge of Cleveland Pond around midnight. Residents declare that this ghost is the stressed soul of an old Oaktown local. The phantom of a gravely burned woman has now and then been perceived looking across Shaker Prairie at midnight. A local woman alleges that this phantom is the phantom of a vacationer that was murdered while journeying through Oaktown some time ago. Nonetheless, it is in all certainty a creepy ghost that any wise person would not want to meet.
