Otterbein, Indiana Ghost Tales My family has lived in this community for over 100 years and we never had heard this stuff. Now the one story that is true and I have seen the picture and it was of a lady that I did know and she was in her house window as she had done for years waiting for her newspaper. The only problem was the picture was taken by a person that was trying to sell that house because she had died... The picture was taken to Joe Douglas the Town Police because the person that had taken the picture thought someone had broken into the house and wanted him to check it out. He kindly told the person he did not arrest dead people and they left. Thanks for your time....
