There is sand under there. Prints show up like a sore thumb. There were none. It hasn't happened since but we are still getting woken up.
In closing I would like to warn you before you go to okie panokie. I went with a friend during the day. We got followed by a black car from the entrance all the way back to Peru. I didn't really know the guy that I went with so maybe the stranger who followed us was just saving my life.
Who knows. And have
fun getting the poo frightened out of you in Peru.|

Peru Indiana okie pinokie it is true if you go out there you can hear a young girl screaming from time to time. There is a large rock on the side of the turn going into the circle from the gravel road that will disappear.
It won't vanish in front of you but it might not be there the next time you come out. It is five to teen feet away from the river. It seems like everyone who goes out here has there own creepy story.
I'm sure if you go out you will have your own scare. Seven pillars on the same road to okie pinokie. If you look at the pillars from across the river at night you can see a Miami Indian in one. The Lutheran cemetery you will know it when you see the big white cross.
