There is an old farmer named tom Castor who lived in the 1800s. They say he comes out at night after a meal to smoke his Corn cob pipe. The Biddle Park is where his farm used to lie. Many report driving by the Park seeing a bow-legged Man smoking a pipe.
But no one has ever laid eyes on this Man for more then a couple seconds. After doing a double take he disappears.
