March 5th 2006 I went outside around 10:00 PM to take some pictures of the new fallen snow.. I pointed the camera up at the top of a pine tree in the back yard, and snapped a couple of pictures.. in one of the pictures something odd showed up, I am not sure what it is, to me it looks like someone looking down at me.. others that have looked at the photo see something else .. I saw a ghost of a construction worker in the Commerce Bank Building on the East Race downtown South Bend in 1983.

There's not one thing outlandish regarding South Bend, Indiana while the sun is up, but the phantom accounts disclosed by the residents are enough to make anyone think twice about stopping by here. Dark time is living dead time around here. Not everybody has faith in the reports the locals tell, but a stay in South Bend, Indiana will make anybody believe.
These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently.
A guy having a knife in his head may be perceived very often by Bowman Creek chatting into the air.
The ghost of a mail carrier has once in a while been noticed reading a newspaper along a wild road near South Bend at midnight. Local people say that this ghost is that of a person who had a house here in South Bend before the present.
A man's body with the head of a horse is occasionally perceived standing by a secluded highway

in the vicinity of South Bend.
A female form has been made out on frequent occasions burying a corpse by a sizeable boulder in Battell Park at midnight.
The ghost of a woman with demonic signs cut into her forehead can from time to time be spotted throwing pebbles into Pinhook Lake at midnight.

her ears was seen mounted on a bicycle on a shady road near South Bend. This phantom is incredibly active in this vicinity; there have been a handful of other accounts of this individual phantom.
The ghost of a female with a dagger in her back showed up in a South Bend home. This is one of those ghosts that is observed frequently in the vicinity. A person who lives here claims that this spirit gets pleasure from startling foolhardy folks who dare to disturb the calm in South Bend. One thing's for certain, it's a frightening phantom that is rather not disrupted.
A woman with the head of a goblin was witnessed marching along a desolate road close to South Bend. The observer ran off when he made out the ghost.
The phantom of a gentleman with half his head gone appeared having a seat in an armchair in a flat near South Bend. The phantom was unconcerned that there was someone else near. One of the people who live here confidently alleges that this ghost takes pleasure in scaring foolhardy people who come looking for ghosts in
