In the Adolphus area around halfway there is two graveyards on each side of the road.A woman in A wedding dress has appeared many times when it was raining and never when it was clear outside hitching hiking at the edge of the first graveyard. If you pick her up she sits quietly till you get to the next and she vanishes.
