The Story goes that in the late 1800's there was a Man who just married and him and his wife moved 3 Miles back into the road now known as wild country. He was a very aggressive drunk and and physically beating his wife. One Day when he left to cut Wood he came back Early to see his wife conversing with another man. He then killed the Man with the axe. He took his wife and     chopped her head off and buried her. The ring was thrown into the pond and he then turned himself in. If stories are right she crawls on all four missing her head with fire shooting out of the stump searching for her lost ring. I have personally herd a scream come out of thoes woods several times at Midnight but hows a body gonna yell without a head? Who cares right? Still scary.
