I didn't see anything, but I felt something. While in Target on Saturday the 14th of 2009, two days ago; I thought I felt my phone going off. It was set to vibrate, but when I pulled it out...no calls had came thru. Then a few minutes later I felt someone tug on my back pocket, I thought it was either my 6 year old neice, or her 4 year old sister... when I turned around, there was no one near... I was following my wife down the back aisle beside of the toys, moving toward the Christmas stuff...

L983 I needed to go to Kjay it was between 5-6 o'clock p.m. The last cemetery on the left before getting to Kjay, there was a fine mist of rain falling and a hazy look outside, it was about the time of year when the high school prom would be. Coming back when I rounded the curve I saw a man standing both feet on the blacktop, looking in my direction. The man had on a black Tux, white shirt, black bow tie, he had black curly hair, I looked him right in face, he

had a handle bar mustache, parted in the middle, his face had a chalky white look to it, I thought he must have lost a ride, standing out in the mist of rain, with the tux on, maybe he was going to the prom, or was in some kind of of school play with a lot of white makeup on. I had to cross the yellow line to keep from hitting him, he never offered

to move over, as I passed him a dead scent came into my car and stayed for 2-3 miles down the road. I thought about going back to see if he was yet in the area, then this little creepy feeling came over me and I didn't go back. About three months later Phil Fox wrote up in the Mountain Advocate about a man used to appear in Kjay on week ends no one knew who he was, or where he came from , or how he left. I think Phil Fox was writing about the same man I saw. Phil had said people would try to watch how he got to Kjay and how he left, the man would just vanish.

Every school day instead of riding to the bus in the morning I walk to boone and wait for the bus to go to the high school and it was either the beginning of this last week or the week before. like it was a summer morning. When I got to the houses she was walking between she was walking towards me and she seemed like she didn't even notice me. I even said hi but once she got exactly besides me on my right she giggled and she just stood there. As I kept walking I kept looking back and she just stayed in that spot.
