I was walking and it was freezing cold out. And a house or 2 before the now shut-down grays market I saw a women walking back and forth between the two houses next to the store. She was dress like it was a summer     morning. When I got to the houses she was walking between she was walking towards me and she seemed like she didn't even notice me. I even said hi but once she got exactly besides me on my right she giggled and she just stood there. As I kept walking I kept looking back and she just stayed in that spot.
