Mans build about 190 lbs with his arms to his side he was looking towards the side of the road. I looked at clock on my car it was 8:17pm on tues night. I rolled my window down he was not walking a dog or anything and he did not move I sit there for 3-5 minutes before I realized what I'd seen.     He did not move a hair and no one else was out it was completely dark out except for the Street light below him. Now I have heard some stories but I know what I saw that night. It gave me the creeps. I looked up some Bardstown KY history and found that Only 1 Street over from where I saw this Man there is an old civil War hospital still standing.
