I have watched this video myself and was there during the video taping of this unknown ghost. A beheaded gentleman emerged gazing at the water by Cinderella Coal Waste Embankment Dam before dawn. The ghost greeted the eye witness. A person who lives here alleges that this phantom is perhaps the tormented phantom of a resident who used to reside here in Belfry. The ghost of a surgeon with a blood-splattered uniform appeared in Barney Hollow late in the night struggling to snatch something. When the ghost was spotted it vanished into the thin air.
