Berry the drums you are hearing are those hand drums the Native Americans use. I have looked around several times trying to find out where the drum noise is coming from but have never been able to pin point any certain area.
I am starting to believe that it may be some kind of poltergeist activity. My wife believes it may be some kind of Native American haunting because of the hand drums being used and a small amount of chanting taking place.

I am not sure if I am being crazy or just a neighbor who has decided to play drums at 2:00 in the morning. Since I moved to Bellevue once a month I am awakened by the sounds of drums. The drums sound like a chant but stop after 2-3 min.
My husband has heard the drums but dismisses it since we live in the city. Has anyone else heard drums?.

Comment by Ayim: I am so glad I found your story. When I first moved to Bellevue (Berry Ave) I heard the drums at 2-3 in the morning for at least once a week. I also heard the chanting that lasted about a min. My husband was irritated I asked my neighbors but I got the crazy look.
It's been a year since I last heard the drums.
