No matter what folks exclaim, it's a menacing ghost that any normal person wouldn't wish to bump into. A headless man may be witnessed time and again conversing into the air by The Cut. A lady with her head and right arm and right leg severed has sometimes been witnessed on the summit of Tater Knob late in the night viewing the view.
