Booneville, Kentucky Ghost Tales While seated in the living room of our home one evening I was supprised to see the nearly transparent woman standing beside the telivision. I could almost see thru her. It freaked me out so I closed my eyes, shook my head and when I reopened my eyes, she was still standing there.After closing my eyes a second time I opened them and she was gone.Now some might say it wasn't a ghost, I know it was my great great aunt ola. I had seen her once I can rember as a child my only other memory of her. She had been in the bed in the very room that later became my room. I was home alone when I saw aunt olas       ghost. My parents where out playing cards, with some friends. And I was old enough to stay alone. I must have been 13 years old give or take a year or so. The house is where she lived until her death.   My grandfather was born there, and the house was built by his dad and dad's uncle who was aunt ola's husband. .
