On the face of it Burlington, Kentucky appears like a typical settlement, but beneath the surface there are bizarre things going down. Some of the dead will not stay underground in this town. A number of people who live here declare these stories are untrue, but everybody who inhabits in Burlington is not alive.
These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently.
A beheaded man was seen smoking a cigar in Boone Woods County Park at night. The viewer got freaked out and ran off.
