The Wolfe county courthouse is the 911 dispatch center. I was working the night shift and could hear things upstairs in the courtroom area. The security cameras also blink activity when no ones around, they even picked up a shadow mass walking up the stares toward the courtroom.
It is rumored that criminals back in the old days spent their last days there also there is a rumor that a criminal was hanged outside the courthouse. Things have been

heard by other 911 dispatchers, police officers and fire/ems personnel.
