Comment by David: We have conducted several investigations at this house with the owners permission. I have to tell you these things are real. I have never had any location produce results like this.
Comment by Patty: I knew a family that lived there with small children that didn't know anything about ghost and I over heard their parents talking saying that the kids would stay up all night talking to the ghost. They (parents) later did a séance that sent them packing the very next day.

I had job as a construction superintendent assistant years ago. One time we were remodeling all the elementary schools in Danville. I would come in at 5:00 pm to take over for the nightshift work. I have never been afraid of old places I've always admired old buildings.
Every night it was my job to go around all the schools and keep track of the work going on and at the end of the night it was my responsibility to turn off all lights and lock up. Toliver school has a library on the top floor.
The light switch was at one end of the room and the door at the other so it was a hassle to turn the light off and walk back through to leave the library. I hadn't been doin the job long when one night I was lockin up toliver school and as I was leaving I noticed that the library lights were on.
