It was night of our Young lives we were Only abt 14. (we were out wonderin after we snuke out) but anyway as we walked down by the store Parkin lot we saw a sreange figure just standin in the window of the apartments of the store(belvins) the figure looked something of an old man. Just watching us as we pasted. I pecked     on my friends sholder to show it to him. I pointed - and the figure disappeared. If anyone has seen this don't be shy to Tell it on here. & share.
