When I was young me and mom was the only ones home. My dad worked the graveyard shift in the mines, and we kept seeing a flashlight shining in the living room window. It was like someone one was walking back and forwards outside down by the fence. My mom looked out the window to see who was out there. She looked at me and told me not to look out the window. Me being a kid, I did, and there was a big white thing with big blue eyes floating by the fence. I hid behind my mom, and she shut the curtains, and that was the last time we saw it. They say Meldrum is haunted, and I believe it.

I was living with my cousins in an apartment about 4 months ago. We had heard stories of a drug deal gone wrong and a man being shot in the middle bedroom but didn't believe it. We were sitting in the living room one night, and the girls were asleep in their playpen when the oldest jumped up out of the pen ran into the living room screaming ''Daddy! Daddy!'' We asked her ''what was the matter?'' She said the Booger had told her he was going to shoot her daddy.
What comes next is a bit freakier. My husband was upstairs with my 11-month-old son putting him to sleep in the girls' bedroom, the baby woke up out of a dead sleep turned around staring at the door and was laughing and playing with someone that we could not see. The same thing happened with my cousin the next night when she was putting her eleven-month old girl to bed. Needless to say we didn't go upstairs by ourselves there anymore. But adding onto that part of the story everyone that comes to visit us could see a little girl about 5 or 6 with dark hair standing by the window in the oldest girl's room. All you can see of her is from nose up and her arms crossed in front of her.
