    thing is for guaranteed, this ghost unquestionably is chilling; one that should be shunned.

The ghost of a young-looking lady with a rope around her neck is sometimes noticed relaxing on a stool in a flat in Raven. In any event, this is an antagonistic ghost that is rather not upset.
