When I was about age 16 I heard about a ghost being spoted at the jim willie marcum curve between sand Gap and the Deer stable. I had to go past there to get home. It was very dark my hair was standing on end I had a tin asperin box in my pocket making a noise every time would take a step.
My heart was pounding I had to get Home I started to run around the curve and all the way home. I didn't seea ghost but I am bald

today and I think that was why.

Jackson County visitor's center was used as a hospital during the Battle of big hill during the Civil War it is definitely haunted, I've spent a lot of time in that building and you get the most creepy eerie feeling when you're upstairs it feels like somebody is watching you.
