We were on our way to the dining room in the Dominican Hall. We walked down a narrow hallway leading to the main lobby and when I entered the lobby directly to my left was a ghost like figure of a man dressed in old garb (possible 1800's). He appeared briefly and then disappeared. Since I am a believer in ghosts it was an exciting experience for me.     Submitted by Mary Comment by Aleah: I work at the Dominican life center and many coworkers that work the night shift say they have encountered some odd things while working.. And I've had some sisters tell me of odd things that have happened in their experiences as well!.        Category: man I work at the local Shoe Carnival in the city. Since I've been there I've felt very uneasy, especially at night. There's a strange presence on the property that makes the entire building feel like it's bursting with energy. One night, while closing, I caught a glimpse of a shadow on the monitor of a security camera. The shadow vanished and behind where I saw it standing there were several vertical rows of socks swinging back and forth like something brushed by it. My manager has seen the shadow walking by the security camera for the back door of the store.
