A guy with a large hole through his upper body was noticed by Louis Hill scooping out a crater. Other folks close by have had matching events involving an identical ghost. One of the residents steadfastly asserts that this phantom likes frightening foolhardy folks who are brave enough to upset the silence in Allouez. A woman's body having a rat's head was observed demolishing an object beside a desolate highway near Allouez late at night. This ghost is very active in this area; there have been one or two other stories of this particular ghost. A gentleman having the head of a goblin has frequently been distinguished staying in an abandoned house in Allouez. A number of of the people who live in this town assert this ghost could be the spirit of a local person who died here in Allouez before the present.
