Bay City, Michigan Ghost Tales Years ago, I lived in a house on Salzburg road, in Bay City, and one night I awoke to see a female child with braids wearing a dress and holding a doll in one hand staring at me from my bedroom doorway. At the time I just froze with fear, and over the years, blew it off as strange, but probably a dream.  At least 15 years later, in a conversation with my Dad, he mentioned that our house in Bay City was haunted...and he described to me strange things (furniture moving, weird noises when no one was home)and one time at night, he woke up to get a drink, and saw a family in our living room. When he described       them, he included a small girl with braids holding a doll.  I even asked my mom later if she'd experienced anything strange in that house, and she said, ''all the time''. (furniture moving, things showing   up in the strangest places...as if someone hid them from her, then suddenly put them somewhere else, where she had already looked for them.) . A female with maggots crawling out of her ears is frequently spotted in Bay City State Park in the early morning hours hiding a body by a large rock.
