I have seen an old woman who appears to be reading books at the Benzonia Library in the childrens reading room. She looks like an old school-marm.

Most of the residents in Benzonia, Michigan are joyfully unaware of the shocking riddles this settlement has; when the gloomy shadows of the nighttime roll in the undeceased invade. Tables jump about, voices from the dark. Disbelievers don't trust in the local ghost testimonies, but the ghosts of Benzonia are out tonight seeking a person to terrify.

The ghost of a young-looking gentleman having on a jacket can now and then be distinguished marching through a building next to Benzonia. One thing's for guaranteed, this phantom

undeniably is creepy; one that you don't want to come across before sunrise.
A decapitated man was perceived gazing at the waves beside the shore at Beulah Beach after midnight. This is one of those ghosts that is noticed over and over again close by.
A lady with her head and both arms sliced off was witnessed by Cold Creek searching for a man. The watcher ran away immediately after she noticed the ghost.
A military outfit staggering about with no body in it appeared sobbing in Railroad Point Natural Area after midnight. The ghost didn't care that there was someone else near.

Anyhow, this is an intimidating spirit that any rational person wouldn't want to bump into.
