Comment by Woody: If you want the truth research the history of the Loeb family. There is much more to it then some thin myth about a gardener.

The woman who waits for the train at Charlevoix station. The station which is located at the south front of the property that was once Charlevoix's finest hotel built in 1892 and torn down in 1941. The woman in white flowing full length dress stands waiting for a train that never comes.
When approached she disappears. On summer nights after 10 o'clock she has been seen walking up the hill toward the Chicago club. Sometimes in the winter months a small child has been seen waiting for the train.|
The small boy bundled in winter coat muffler and cap down over his ears waits at the station for the 7:50 pm train which never arrives. You can hear his muffled cries for his daddy if you stop by in December.
