Submitted by Shelby In 2003 my 8 year old son and I were living in the Harbours Apts on Hall Rd, there are ponds in the middle of the apartments. One night we were looking out his big bedroom window, it was nightime, and we both saw horses riding on top of the water     and boats, which is not possible!It appeared to be cowboys with guns and indians. I know it sounds really strange but we both saw it. After about ten minutes of watching this in horror, they just disappeared into thin air and this is the only time I have ever seen anything like this in my life.
