One night     I stopped a few times under a Street lamp to look at my phone and such and each time out of the corner of my eye I would see the shadow of a tall man in a tall hat standing right behind my shadow on the concrete. On a separate occasion I would be able to hear what sounded like a dog's nails scratching the Concrete as it walks behind me. When I would stop walking to try and listen better I'd hear it for a second and it would stop with me and then start up again as I started walking.
