I've had paranormal experiences before that have scared me to the Point where I had to sleep in my parent's bedroom for months as a child and still affects me now as an adult. However whatever this spirit or these spirits are I haven't ever Felt scared when these things have happened to me. The first incident when I moved in last summer     myself and 2 friends were cleaning the house up and painting. (from what I understand the house is about 100 years old or so and the previous owner passed on in a nursing home). I was in the dining room which is connected to the living room and kitchen in a straight shot. I was standing by the table which was close to the Wall where people would walk behind me to get in and out of the room. I Felt two hands on my lower back as if someone was trying to move behind me.
