Durand, Michigan Ghost Tales | |

The prior road bridge off of prior road and durand road has had 5 reported Suicides with in the last 7 years. also back in the 1900's Maybe even late 1800's there was a Circus train that had passed under the bridge and Collided with a passenger traun on the same track. it is said that there where Very few survivors on that train. Now ive lived in durand for just about 9 months now and ive seen, heard, and felt more than I have out of any town ive ever lived in!.

Not everything in Durand, Michigan is as it appears; not all of the locals of this town are still alive. Things slide about, words out of nothing. A number of folks who live here allege there are no ghosts, but the ghosts of Durand are out tonight trying to find a person to terrify.

The ghost of a man dressed in a sheriff outfit is every now and then distinguished at a coin operated phone in Durand talking on the phone. One thing is for certain, it's a creepy spirit that you shouldn't go searching for.

has been distinguished on one or two instances in a plastic boat on Aginaw Lake struggling to snatch something. Based on what the local residents allege, this ghost is probably the tormented ghost of a person who used to have a home here in Durand. In any event, it in all certainty is a terrifying phantom that should be stayed away from.
A woman with a spear sticking out of her head has repeatedly been spotted strolling through a Durand area burial ground.
The ghost of a woman with a plastic bag bound around her head is regularly observed heaving bricks into the flowing water at Atherton Drain in the early morning hours. Locals here who have spotted this spirit allege this spirit is the undeceased spirit of a long dead Durand resident. Regardless of what, this ghost indisputably is frightening; one that is preferably not messed with.
