Folks here who have noticed this ghost say this ghost is that of a local resident who had a house here in Erie in the past. In any case, it's a frightening phantom that you do not want to encounter at night.
The ghost of a farmer dressed in a worn hat was distinguished in a row boat on Klinck Lakes reflecting. When spotted the ghost approached the eye witness who then ran away.
