My dog got began whinging to--what I thught was him wanting to go in. So I got up let him in and went back to the spot on the sidewalk. I sat there gazing at the stars for a good 4 minutes before the flood light flickered twice before going out. I stared lookin at the light for a second     before getting up and walking over to it. As I touched it I immeadiatly had to pull my hand away from the cold (it was like dry ice so cold it burned). I heard some people talking. It sounded like some kind of french? British? Accent. Then not even 10 seconds later two gentlemen decked out in top hats and those tux's with the little tails er whatever walked by having a conversation. ''excuse me? '' I called out to them. They ignored me and began walking.
