Grawn, Michigan Ghost Tales    I live in a small, haunted, house that used to be a cabin and was built in the 1920s.This house seems to be on a spiritual vortex. The events of this home and yard builds until November, then is pretty calm until mid-Summer. Here are some events that have happened here: We hear voices whispering randomly at night, but we cannot make out what they say. We have a broken ceiling fan that one November day started turning 4 revolutions one way stop then go in reverse 4 revolutions stop and reverse direction. It did that for half an hour and the ceiling fan hasn't done it since. My Grandfather died around that time and no one told me until Spring. Could it have been him saying 'Good-bye?' One of the previous owners died in the garage and from time to time I would see a man in a brown uniform walking past the kitchen window. When I looked to see who it was he was gone. Could it be him? As we slept in the back bedroom I awoke because my skin tingled and the room was full of what looked like sparkler flares. It was beautiful and I do not know why it happened? There was a bonfire in the side yard and I was standing by the house. Off to the northeast corner of the yard near the garden latice I saw what I thought was a person bathed in white going to grab the two little boys that stood there. When I investigated it had vanished. I found out the next night that my Grandmother had died the day I saw the spirit near the garden. The spirit energies that are here or visit here are benign and mischievious at best. They have not tried to hurt anyone, just get attention. Only SOMETIMES in the basement there is a strange, evil presence. We sleep down there and I just sense it watching me and not able to do much more...I HOPE! .
