Hancock, Michigan Ghost Tales


By daylight the locals in Hancock, Michigan go about their lives exactly like anywhere other, but the ghost accounts exposed by the locals are enough to make anyone think again about spending a night here. Some of the dead and buried refuse to rest in peace in this municipality. Several local residents argue there are no ghosts, but Hancock is packed with tormented spirits just waiting to scare you.

The ghost of an elderly prospector with a big mustache and a wooden left leg is often distinguished in a Hancock highschool at the stroke
  of midnight pacing the halls. In any event, it's a terrifying ghost that you shouldn't go searching for.

The ghost of an aged woman hauling a firearm has been said to have been distinguished on one or two occasions in a residence close to Hancock.

The phantom of a flight attendant can often be distinguished dining on a slice of pizza by Big Creek. Regardless of what, it without a doubt is a bloodcurdling spirit that should be steered clear of.

The ghost of an old cleaning lady can be distinguished time and again beside the water at Atlantic Point smoking a cigar. According to what the residents declare, this ghost is the undead soul of a long gone Hancock local person. One thing's for sure, this is a horrible ghost that is preferably not interrupted.

A pitch black dog that shifted shape into a lady has now and then been made out talking into the night in Lamirande Shoal before dawn.

The ghost of a down-and-out gentleman is occasionally witnessed reading a magazine on the summit of one of the mountains in
the Rouleau Point Range very late at night.
