Indian River, Michigan Ghost Tales A man by the name of Roger was seen wearing blue jeans, a tee shirt,and a helmet that was cracked down the middle. He was seen riding a 1980 RM Suzuki dirt bike on the north rim of ''The Pit'', and also the tree line by the Holiday Inn. Roger passed away on a summer day in 1980 after just purchasing his new RM dirt bike. He passed away instantly after being involved in a mid-air collision with one of his friends that also died instantly in the collision. The undead are here in this city as the local residents will tell you. Some local residents allege these tales are untrue, but the undead may perhaps show themselves to you if you stay for a few days in Indian River. These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently. The spirit of a pregnant lady has once in a       while been distinguished on an Indian River residential street in the early morning hours. The spirit of a young gentleman having on a leather jacket is occasionally observed looking at an old woman sleeping on a futon in a house in Indian River. A beheaded gentleman has been said to have been perceived on a small number of instances   trying on a jacket in an Indian River house. Several of the people who live here allege this phantom is probably the undeceased phantom of a local resident who used to dwell here in Indian River. The ghost of a physician with a blood-covered uniform may now and then be observed shouting names of people in the center of Crumley Creek.
