It would stick and had to be unlatched to do this! ) shortly after we experienced foot steps that sounded like boots... A heel to toe noise on the floors through out the Home even on the carpet     which wouldve been impossable to make! The door to up stairs would open and shut on its own and would actually do so by command one time it opened as I walked by and my husband would always say oh its just a draft sooo I said shut it just to see what would happen and the darn door slammed it self! Scared me. My sister would come to the House to watch my children while we worked and she refused to return after one evening the lights turned themselves on everytime immediatly after she would shut them off!
