What he has told me about it was that when they first moved in there was a little room inside his room. There was a chair in there and on the chair was a picture of 2 parents a little boy and a dog. Well after a while of living there the action started happing, his little brother was pushed down the stairs (it's 3 flights) he broke his arm but he explained that he was following     a black dog to the stairs and as he was about to walk down the dog brushed up agaisnt him and caused him to fall.
