My husband and his friend found an unlocked door. They walked around and each room was empty, devoid of any furniture or anything to show it's varied past. As they walked down the steps to the lower level they heard a large crash and boom. This scared them as no one else was with them and they had     just walked through the rooms upstairs and there was no furniture/objects to fall. Needless to say they both ran back up the steps and out the fire escape into the front of the building. They were getting their wits and their breath back once out into the daylight and crisp autumn air, when my husband heard his name being called to him in an eerie young girl's voice. He says the girl's voice was full of pain and literally left him emotionally feeling pain for several days afterwards. They ran to the car and left.
