A man that shape-shifted into a vampire was noticed gazing down into the water at Deepwater Point   late at night. This particular phantom has been witnessed often in this location. A luminous human character was made out excavating an outlet on the water's edge of Lake Skegemog. Many reports of this spirit have been conveyed. One of the folks who live here decisively claims that this spirit is most likely the struggling spirit of a local who used to live here in Rapid City. The ghost of a pregnant lady came into view watching television in a Rapid City living room at midnight. This ghost is extremely active in this neighborhood; there have been several other reports of this particular ghost.
