The ghost of a young female clothed as a maid was distinguished taking a rest in an armchair in   a flat in Riga. The phantom mumbled about revenging a homicide. The phantom of a homeless man materialized strolling from flat to flat on a dark night on a Riga residential street. The viewer was terrified and escaped. One thing is for certain, this phantom certainly is chilling; one that you don't want to encounter in the early morning hours before sunrise. A creepy creature was witnessed turning toward the observer in Nona Frances Centennial Park before dawn. The phantom didn't appear to be troubled by the bystanders. Anyhow, this is a horrible phantom that any commonsensical person wouldn't want to meet. The ghost of a guy outfitted as a store clerk showed up staring crossly at the observer mid stream in Burton And White Drain. The phantom greeted the bystander. If you listen to the people who live here, this ghost may be the soul of a person who lived here who passed on here in Riga long ago.
