River Rouge, Michigan Ghost Tales Hi my name is Angee, a long time citizen of river rouge..I will tell you one place that is haunted for sure and that is on the east side of henry...don't know if I can tell you the address but trust me when I say...it IS! I lived there with my mom for about 4 years and the first time I knew it was haunted is when my mother, who had worked at the coneys at the time, and myself were sitting at the dinning room table while she got ready for work (at like 6:00 am mind you, so there was no sun outside yet) when all of the sudden the blackest shadow you could ever imagine, I mean it looked like a hole in the wall or something, moved from one side of the wall where we were sitting to the other then dissapeared in the corner. We both looked at each other like we couldn't believe what we just saw. Anyway that was the 1st incident....About 2 or 3 moths later my cousin stayed the night and was taking a shower when all the sudden she comes out in her towel saying that she heard the bathroom door close (which had been locked) and seen a black 'figure' go into       the closet.....This happened several times, just to my 2 little cousins, who was about 17 and 15 at the time...Well not long after that, during the day, me, my mom, and one of my cousins, was sitting in the living room when we heard this big bang that came from the laundry room in the back, well of course I jumped up to go see what had happened, I   thought my cat had knocked something over, but when I got back there the washer was right across from where it was supposeD to be.....I thought maybe it was unbalanced and shook over there but when I opened it there was no clothes inside! On many occasions I would wake up with scratches on my back and arms when my cat would be outside all night. One time my daughter was playing with an old cam corder (vhs) and threw it across the room because she said she seen a 'old army guy or police' but no one was there,,,just in the camera.,..she was hysterical! Well anyway thats my word///.
