At     the bottom of the Hill on first Street there is a being... It is wearing a yellow rain coat and looks into windows on the second floor. I lived in the House where most of this happend. There is also in the House on first Street a hidden room under the stairs. It was boarded up when my grandparents bought the house. When it was opened there was a small rocking chair with a teddy Bear on it. After things began to happen it is said that my grandpa reclosed the room.
