We would go an hour or two before sunset and fish about an hour or to past. Well one night we got lost. With no light, we wandered the woods for nearly two hours. suddenly, I looked up to see a teenage girl with long blonde hair and was wearing what appeared to be a white nightgown. She was illuminated in a bright bluish white light. I flipped out and ran... lone be hold, I ran right to the car...I Believe she kinda guided me there. the car wasn't in plain view and we wouldn't of found it otherwise. These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently. An incredibly terrifying ghost can occasionally be seen looking at people in a Roscommon apartment through a keyhole. The ghost of an aged prospector with a big mustache and a hook instead of his left hand has frequently been observed in a secluded place close to Roscommon. According to the local residents, this ghost could be the spirit of a local who died here in Roscommon some decades ago. The ghost of an aged woman grasping a gun is regularly observed gazing down into the water at Detroit Point at midnight.
