The Webberville Apartments are haunted.. We were visiting from California and there were lots of paranormal activity. Lights flickering downstairs, an apparition of a man. Bathroom door opening and closing and we also caught a couple evp's one of a mans voice and a French woman's voice. We had experiences of being watched, negative energy in the air including moving cold spots. I was told people move quickly and don't stay very

long at the apartments. Maybe because they are haunted!.
