Alarmed by the bystanders the phantom fled into the darkness. Loads of residents claim this ghost is almost certainly the undeparted ghost of a local who used to have a house here in Winn. One thing is for sure, this ghost undoubtedly is bloodcurdling;   one that you shouldn't go searching for. The ghost of a gentleman having on a police force outfit emerged wandering through a house in Winn. When distinguished the spirit came up to the viewer who then ran off. Residents here who have witnessed this phantom argue this phantom is the undeceased soul of a former Winn local. Any which way, this is an unfriendly ghost that is better not interrupted.
