In spring 2008 I was cleaning my room upstairs when all the sudden something hit my back when I turned around a lit candle I had was on the floor with wax splattered on the carpet I was the only one home, and the candle was in the middle of a table about ten feet away there was nothing that could have made it move littleown launch across a room...
Another event happened a few weeks later to my grandfather or as I called him ''papoo'' my bedroom door was open and he was walking into the bathroom when a football hit him in the arm the football was on my bed about fifteen to twenty feet away from where he was hit everyone was downstairs and the windows were closed he came downstairs and looked very scared and pale he told me what happened and when I went up there sure enough the ball was off my bed and sitting right outside the bathroom door.

I live in Wyandotte on Biddle near Emmons Street and my house was built in 1914. One night I was in my room with the lights out and heard something in my closet. The folding doors to the closet were left open.I never closed them. I heard a blanket being dragged off of the shelf I had placed there earlier that day. The dragging sound lasted about 15 seconds or so, before I heard it drop onto the floor.I know what I heard, because the bedroom I was in was very quiet. I could swear someone was in my room, but there wasn't! I went to put the blanket back on the shelf where I had placed it. There was nothing on the floor. It was still on the shelf folded just as I had done earlier. Another time, I heard footsteps in the hallway upstairs but I did not see a thing. I did not imagine this, I went to see if there was someone or something there, but no sign of anything unusual. My house may be old but it does not make settling sounds like most older homes do. I know what I heard! a few years later, a mother and daughter rented a couple of rooms on the second floor. I never told them of what I have heard because I did not want to scare them off and I could have used the extra rent.A few weeks later they approached me, and expressed to me that they swore they saw an image of a human body upstairs. They went on to tell me that the figure went through the hallway and it disappeared into the wall. After hearing this, I went on to tell them of the similar experiences I have encountered. I found out later, that the previous owner's wife had died of a heart attack in this house. She was in her early 40's.I am not sure if that means anything but there's definitely something strange going on in my home! I am anxious to experience more!.
